Thanksgiving week is usually a crazy one. People are traveling and even the best laid eating schedules are off. Instead of giving you a week's worth of meals, I am sharing my favorite dishes for a Thanksgiving feast, meals made from that dinner's leftovers and ones that make a weekday meal feel special. The corn souffle (aka scalloped corn) is an amazing dish that I first had at my sister's mother-in-law's sister-in-law's house (follow that).
