SHOPPING LIST: December 16, 2011
This list is made using the serving sizes of this week's recipes. You may need to increase or decrease quantities of items based on your family. Be sure to check your pantry for the "staples" used this week!

yellow bell pepper - 1 small
green bell pepper - 3
red bell pepper - 3
jalapeno pepper - 1
cherry tomatoes - 10
baby spinach - 6 cups
lime - 1
vidalia onion - 3 large
cilantro - 1 bunch
arugula (optional) - 1 cup 
parsley - 1 bunch 


Meat
pork tenderloin - 1 (1 lb.)
bacon - 4 slices
deli ham - 3/4 lb sliced
deli turkey - 1/4 lb. sliced
Italian sausage (bulk) - 1/4 lb.
chicken breast (boneless, skinless) - 1 lb.

Sliced Swiss cheese - 1/2 lb.
ricotta cheese - 8 oz.
eggs - 4
heavy cream - 1/2 cup

Hawaiian mini rolls (King's) - 1 pkg
Frozen puff pastry - 1 sheet

Refrigerated french bread dough - 1 (11 oz) can
panko - 1/2 cup
fusilli or rotini - 8 oz. uncooked
