SHOPPING LIST: February 3, 2012
This list is made using the serving sizes of this week's recipes. You may need to increase or decrease quantities of items based on your family. Be sure to check your pantry for the "staples" used this week!

green bell peppers - 2
red bell pepper - 1
red onion - 3
white onion - 1 small
green onions - 1 bunch
cremini mushrooms - 10 oz.
grape tomatoes - 1 pint
ginger - 2 tsp
orange - 1
turnips or celery root - 1 lb
carrots - 1 lb
baking potatoes - 1 lb.
sweet potatoes - 1 lb.
baby bok choy - 3
lime - 1

Meat
Italian sausage - 1 lb.
ground beef - 1.5 lbs
boneless chicken breasts - 2.5 lbs
raw shrimp - 1 lb.

half-and-half - 1-1/4 cups

Parmesan cheese - 3/4 cup

fettuccine or other dry pasta - 1 lb.
