SHOPPING LIST: March 2, 2012
This list is made using the serving sizes of this week's recipes. You may need to increase or decrease quantities of items based on your family. Be sure to check your pantry for the "staples" used this week!
**This week requires more garlic than usual**

broccoli florets - 5 cups
green onions - 1 bunch

lemon - 1
yellow/sweet onion - 3 large
chives - 1 bunch
thyme - 1 bunch

ground beef - 1-1/2 lbs
bone-in pork shoulder - 3-1/2 lbs
medium raw shrimp - 1 lb
chicken cutlets - 1-1/2 lbs (8 pieces) 
 
Dairy
heavy cream - 1/4 cup
half-and-half - 3/4 cup
Gruyere cheese - 1 cup packed
ricotta cheese - 1-1/2 cups
deli-sliced provolone - 1/2 lbs  
Bread/Grain 
hamburger buns/rolls - 1 package
French baguette - 1 
orecchiette - 1 lb
linguine - 1 lb 

Miscellaneous
prepared horseradish - 2 TBS
amber ale/stout beer - 1 cup
beef stock - 3 quarts
cola - 2 cups
slivered almonds (optional) - 1/2 cup
frozen loose-leaf spinach - 2 cups
sun-dried tomatoes in oil - 1 cup
