The calendar might say that it is October, but this past week has given us a little reprieve with warm weather and sunshine. I am not quite ready to give up some of my grilled meals, but if the weather fails, I can still use an indoor grill. The teriyaki pork and pineapple skewers are a huge hit in our house!

- Spinach, artichoke & tuna tortellini salad
- Teriyaki pork & pineapple
- Grilled shrimp scampi
- Penne with grilled squash & corn
